Peak Performance Systems, Inc was formed in 1995 by Rick Martinez. He was later joined by Larry Birckhead. Together with our associates and colleagues we offer a wide array of performance improvement products and services.

We want to teach. We like to teach. Nothing is more satisfying than when we help our clients learn new ideas and tools that will enrich their lives—both at work and at home.

We are passionate about our work. Too often people separate their jobs from their work. A job is a job; but work is a person's life purpose. It is what gives their life meaning. We are fortunate; our jobs are our work. We truly love what we do!

As businesses strive to improve their bottom line results, they typically focus on the numbers (which can’t be ignored), but they often neglect the people involved in the enterprise. We believe you need to look at both. Focusing on people is more than something that is nice to do; it also impacts your bottom line. But it requires a fundamental change in how you view people. That’s where we come in.
