About Us
Peak Performance Systems, Inc was formed in 1995 by Rick Martinez. He was later joined by Larry Birckhead. Together with our associates and colleagues we offer our services to a wide range of companies.
Our Values
First, we want to teach. We like to teach. We satisfy our personal values when we help our clients learn new ideas and tools that will enrich their lives-both at work and at home.
We are passionate about our work. Too often people separate their jobs from their work (life mission). A job is a job; but a person's work, their life purpose, is what gives their life meaning. We are fortunate. Our jobs are our work. We truly love what we do!
The soft stuff delivers hard results. As businesses strive to improve their bottom-line results typically, they focus on the numbers (which can't be ignored) but often they neglect the people side of the enterprise. We believe you need both. Focusing on people is more than something nice to do. It requires a change in how we fundamentally view people.
