The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personal
development instrument in America. It can be used in a variety of ways.
Some of the most popular uses are for teambuilding, conflict resolution,
and personal insight.
We are often asked to administer it to an in-tact work group or as part of a leadership development program. A typical application can run from 2 to 4 hours.
We are qualified by the Association for Psychological Type to administer the MBTI.
