The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personal development instrument in America. Its most popular applications include team building, conflict resolution, improving relationships and personal insight.

It is often administered to work groups to help them better understand the team’s strengths and development needs.

A typical group session is about 4 hours long. Individual sessions are one hour long.

We are qualified by the Association for Psychological Type to administer the MBTI.

Testimonial

Recently, we used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in our leadership development program as a tool for people to gain personal insight. We feel that the better our leaders and staff know themselves the more effective they will be. When our program participants completed the 1/2 day session they reported not only having a better understanding of themselves but also a better understanding of others. We are very pleased with the MBTI and plan on making it a regular part of our leadership development program.
